my skincare products

Hey Guys, so just wanted to talk you through the skin care i'm using at the moment....

Daily use is Jurlique, i came across this brand a couple of years ago and loved it ever since. i use the balancing foaming cleanser, day and night, it's pretty good for taking makeup off but i usually use a cleansing wipe first, it's not a harsh cleanser, even though it foams it is all natural ingredients and leaves the skin feeling smooth, i then follow with their rosewater balancing mist (which smells like turkish delight which i love) and then Herbal recovery which is a clear gel which i use on dry areas.
I then use Dr Weil for Origins Mega mushroom skin relief to mositurise which has got a lovely creamy texture, as i have dry skin creamy products that aren't drying are essential for me, especially in winter. and then origins starting over eye cream which is meant to banish fine lines, a little premature for 21 years of age but it doesn't hurt!
For facials i normally try and do them every week, i use AHAVA purifying mud mask which has got lots of dead sea minerals and vitamins in which is a massive plus for me. this draws spots to the surface so not great but better in than out i say. and i also use beauty flash balm by clarins, i apply a generous layer and then wipe away excess after 15 minutes. because the clay mask is quite drying i tend to use the clarins more as it's hydrating!
i also use EVE LOM DynaSpot which is great for applying onto spots before you go to bed, it drys the spot and in the morning it looks a lot better than the night before! (not shown in photo)

i did a video on this but managed to miss out my moisturiser and eye cream!
will link when i've uploaded!
Thanks for reading, let me know what skincare you like?

monica bellucci for d&g tutorial

Hello! I was asked by Kaikaleidescope to do a look, i googled her and came across the ad campaign for her D&G collab where she has worked to design 6 lipsticks.

Here's the reference I looked at:

I did a little researching and i found that the lipstick colour she was wearing was 140 'Attractive Monica) All 6 lipstick colours have some silly name that Monica is feeling!

The lipstick is absolutely beautiful, the texture is so creamy and non drying. it has a matt/gloss finish.

These were the products used (left to right: Shu uemura eye lash curlers, Mac strobe cream, collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer, Garnier BB cream, Mac teddy eyeliner, Dolce and Gabbana lipstick 140 Attractive Monica, collection 2000 colour lash in brown, bourjois volumizer mascara in black, Mac e/s: Nylon, Cork, All that glitters, Mulch, Arena (and mystery for brows not included) naket pallete creep e/s by urban decay not included), hoola bronzer, barry m eye kohl in brown, collection 2000 liquid liner in black and Mac paint pot in Let me Pop.)

So this is the first time i am writing on my blog, quite daunting when all you have is a blank web page but here you go!
So woke up early today and worked on my background for my youtube account. As my channel is makeup oriented i wanted to just play with my makeup to create an interesting wallpaper. The stripy paper is from Selfridges (which i thought was quite fitting - due to the amount of time i spend browsing the makeup departments.)

I used Laura Mercier's Metallic Cream Eyeshadow in Burnished Copper (Sparingly!), Barry M Glitter in 22, Clinque's Colour Surge Lipstick in Vivid Berry, Soap & Glory Thick and Fast Mascara, MUA Mascara in Electric blue Maybelline's Pure Liquid Mineral foundation and Essie nail polishes in Mint Candy Apple and Lapiz of Luxury. I also used SmashBox photo finish colour correcting primer (purple one) but like a numpty forgot to include in photo.

And here is the result. I added Lilac petals to give it a little more va va voom. Hope you like!
