I've always been a pretty die hard fan for fresh fresh juice, when I say fresh I mean from a juicer into your body type fresh, I don't mean 'fresh' The amount of times I've ordered 'freshly squeezed orange juice' and it tastes just a little too similar to tropicana...
So I've become a little addict in the corner of my kitchen juicing anything that I can, my favourite is beetroot, carrot and orange, but apple and kale are not to be ignored either. The joys of waking up and almost shoving the fruit and veg section of the supermarket down your throat is brilliant! The heath benefits of this are unreal. I've recently started to juice, pop it into a takeaway cup and speed out the door. This means that I have something in my stomach and before I get to the station I've already had my 5 a day. I will them grab something at 10 to keep me going. As it's important to remember that juice shouldn't just be your breakfast!

Sounds delicious! I got into making smoothies last year but I think 2013 is the year of juice concoctions. My mum grows beetroot, and I'm not a fan of it cooked, but raw and juiced with some other fruits and vegetables would be great. I've heard that fruit isn't as great for you as one might think, and vegetables are a lot better, so the idea of kale and carrot added to fruit sounds fab! Katie :)
