POT AND STICK

All photos by Adam Ings

Top: Quince (pot) Bottom: Rose (mandarin stick)
I actually featured these two in a recent favourites video. Which you can watch here. These beauties are always in my handbag. I use them pretty much everyday. I love that there is so little maintenance to reapplying as they give a light wash of colour.

The most popular and how I was introduced to the product is the pot version. Mine is in the colour Quince (with no SPF). I then have the stick version too in Rose which is flavoured with Mandarin (with SPF).

Natural pouty pinks and reds are something I wear everyday. I have a very natural approach when it comes to applying make up on my self. I like to look enhanced but at the same time not really looking like I'm wearing much. These two are perfect for that. I was amazed by how soft the texture is too. Sometimes tinted balms/stains are quite drying on the lips which is terrible as the colour starts to find its way into all the cracks and dry patches which lets face it no one really wants. These are completely the opposite of that.

I came across two Korres videos that Sephora published on their YouTube page. I instantly fell even more in love with the brand. I'll put them down below as they are really really worth watching.

I can't really express how much love I have for Korres. I can't wait to try their foundation next. To be honest I can't wait to try everything. They are fast becoming my favourite brand. So please be prepared to see a lot more from them on here! Did I mention they are all natural too?

Here is their website, on here you can find all the different shades they do for both the balms I have mentioned, every shade has it's own little bit of information/facts too regarding ingredients used.

What are your favourite tinted balms to wear? Or are you more of a lipstick kinda gal?
Oh, and let me know what you think of the videos!

  2. Korres is my favourite brand! For price and ingredients I really don't think they can be beaten. I really recommend their Body Milks if you haven't tried those yet, the Basil Lemon one is beautiful and they sink in so quickly.

Lucy you are fast becoming one of my favourite bloggers/Youtubers! I really love your natural and subtle approach to make up. Look forward to watching more of your videos soon!

  5. I didn't know Korres, just checked their websites and everything looks awesome!
I really like the concept beyond the design, everything looks clean and beautiful, and very informative actually: you know what you're buying!
Also a big plus for me is that their products are kind to animals, and the 'cooperation' form is really good too.
So.. planning to do a massive order!

Thank you for your review :)
